All approved returns are eligible for:

Returns or exchange requests must be made within 10 days of the delivery date.

 

Any requests made after 10 days will not be accepted.

 

 

Return Eligibility

 

 

To be eligible for a store credit or exchange:

 

• Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition

• Items must be returned with original packaging, if applicable

• Proof of purchase is required

 

 

Items showing signs of wear, damage, or use will not be accepted.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

 

 

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos so we can resolve the issue promptly.
